2. Material
We don't sell material. We make great product and we'll be really happy to make it for you.
We only use Premium material (no compromise on quality).
We've a color palette but we're always looking for new ones. If you're looking for something "special", contact us and we'll search it for you.

3. Products & Compatibility 
We make all of our products with the greatest care.
Sometimes micro scratches can be present. Remember that our products are handmade and handling process can generate it.
This does not affect the high quality of the product in any way.

Compatibility : Our products are made with the respective brands specifications but are compatible with many other brands.
However, the customer will have to ensure himself of the good compatibility with his instrument (shape, screw holes, neck heel, varnish, etc.).
SevenEight Workshop is available to its customers and future customers for any questions relating to compatibility.
SevenEight Workshop can't be held responsible in the event of incompatibility.

SevenEight Workshop is not affiliated or own any license . Model names are only used for reference.

4. Shipping
The Products are delivered worldwide.
Shipping rates :
France : 11€
Europe : 16€
Rest of the world (including UK) : 20€

All shipments have a tracking number and insurance. The Customer will systematically receive the tracking number by email as soon as the shipment has been made.
The delivery is carried out, according to the choice of the Customer and according to the prices indicated on the Site to the address indicated by the Customer during his Order.

Items in stock will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days from the validation of the order and receipt of payment.
Items made to order will require a delay of 4 weeks before shipment.

The company SevenEight Workshop declines all responsibility related to a possible extension of delivery times:
- In periods of high demand, such as the holiday season,
- For delays caused by reasons of force majeure, i.e. due to the occurrence of an unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond its control,
- For facts attributable exclusively to the carrier responsible for the delivery.

5. Transfer of risk and ownership 
The company retains ownership of the Products sold until full payment of the price by the Customer. It can therefore repossess said Products in the event of non-payment.
For Customers, the transfer of risks to the Customer takes place as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier by the company.

6. Cancel / Refund / Return
The Consumer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the placing of the Order, except for the products mentioned in Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Consumer sends a declaration to the address:
The Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 7 days of notification of the withdrawal to the company by the Consumer. The direct costs of return remain the responsibility of the Consumer.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one used for the purchase.

- If the product has not been shipped: The costs paid for placing the Order will be reimbursed, less a "return fee" in the amount of €10 (distributed as follows: exchange costs if conversion in a currency other than the Euro (€5) and platform transaction fees (€5) within 14 days of the company becoming aware of its declaration of withdrawal.

- If the product has been shipped or the shipping slip has been purchased: The costs paid for placing the Order will be refunded, less a "Cancellation/late return package" in the amount of €10 (distributed as follows: exchange fees if conversion into a currency other than the Euro (€5) and platform transaction fees (€5), as well as the amount of shipping costs (€10 for France / €16 for Europe / €20 for the rest of the world, including UK) within the following 14 days the company becoming aware of its declaration of withdrawal.

- The products made to order labeled "Custom", by their unique nature and their specificities, do not benefit from the right of withdrawal once they have entered the creation process.
It is understood by "creation process": the beginning of the work of realization of the drawing.

However, The SevenEight Workshop Company will do everything possible to find the best solution with the Customer.

7. Warranty
The Products sold on the Site are guaranteed in accordance with the legal provisions of the French Consumer Code and the French Civil Code.
Any resold Product altered, modified or transformed is not covered by the warranty.
This is limited to the replacement or reimbursement of Products that are non-compliant or affected by a defect. It is excluded in the event of misuse or abnormal use of the Product as well as in the event that the Product does not comply with the legislation of the country in which it is delivered.
The Customer must inform the company of the existence of the defects within two years. The company will rectify the Products found to be defective as far as possible. If the company's liability is retained, the guarantee is limited to the amount excluding VAT paid by the Consumer for the supply of the Products.
The replacement of the Products does not have the effect of extending the duration of the guarantee. 

8. Payment
Unless otherwise specified, all sales are paid in cash at the time the Order is placed.
Depending on the nature or amount of the Order, the company remains free to require a deposit or payment of the full price when placing the Order or when receiving the invoice.
Payment can be made by : Bank card via a secure connection.

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the Products on the date agreed on the invoice, the Professional Customer must pay the company a late payment penalty, the rate of which is equal to the rate applied by the European Central Bank for its refinancing operation. increased by 10 percentage points.
The financing operation selected is the most recent on the date of the Order for the provision of Services.
In addition to late payment compensation, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on its due date by the Professional Client will automatically produce the payment of a lump sum compensation of 40 euros due for recovery costs.
In the event of total or partial non-payment of the Products on the date agreed on the invoice, the Consumer Customer must pay the company a late payment penalty, the rate of which is equal to the legal interest rate.
No compensation may be made by the Customer between penalties for delay in the supply of the Products ordered and the sums due by the Customer to the company for the purchase of Products offered on the Site.
The penalty due by the Customer, Professional or Consumer, is calculated on the amount including tax of the remaining amount due, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being necessary.
